Using the viewer

What visitors see: the toolbar, the side panel and keyboard controls.

The toolbar buttons you see depend on the Controls options and on the book. A PDF with a table of contents gets a Contents tab, and so on.

  • Side panel: tabs for Pages (thumbnails), Contents and Search.
  • Menu: opens and closes the side panel.
  • Zoom: zoom out and in. Zoomed pages can be dragged to pan.
  • Text selection: lets visitors select and copy text on PDF pages.
  • Search: finds words in the PDF.
  • Sound: turns the page-turn sound on or off.
  • Share, Print and Fullscreen.

The remaining buttons are previous/next page, page number, single/double page toggle, autoplay, download and help.

Drag a page corner, use the previous/next buttons, or use the keyboard. With the 2D corner peel effect, hovering near an outer page corner shows a small fold as a hint.
